Married clients wanted to purchase their village pub but were short of cash for deposit and had no business finance experience.

An appointment was made and Alan met the clients to discuss in detail their circumstances and requirements.

After meeting the clients, a commercial mortgage was arranged with a  prime lender with the pub, the clients’ residential property and investment property as security as the clients had little cash available as a contribution. When the clients moved into the pub, they were able to sell their home and reduce the commercial mortgage.
